Training Information
Training exercises, strength and power work, mobility routines, speed training, running and other cardio training, golf drills and other training content available through Planscora are provided for general informational and training purposes.
Exercise images, descriptions, demonstrations, cues and suggested repetitions or loads are general training guidance. They cannot account for every individual's body, mobility, experience, injury history or circumstances.
Planned or suggested training volume, including plans and weekly targets Planscora shows you, is guidance rather than a prescription. You may reduce, modify or skip planned training based on your ability, condition, recovery and circumstances.
Planscora does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and the content provided through the service is not intended to replace advice from a qualified healthcare or fitness professional. The training content is not personalised coaching or individual instruction, and Planscora does not verify your technique.
Physical Activity
Physical exercise and sports activities involve inherent risks. This applies to golf practice as well as to strength, power, mobility, speed, running and other cardio training.
Always train within your abilities, use appropriate equipment and technique, and perform exercises in a safe environment.
Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual discomfort or other concerning symptoms.
Take appropriate rest and avoid continuing demanding training when excessive fatigue materially affects your control or technique. Maintain reasonable hydration during physical training.
Medical Considerations
Seek appropriate professional advice if you have concerns about whether an activity is suitable for you.
Planscora does not require every user to obtain medical clearance before exercising, and it does not assess your individual health, fitness or medical suitability for any activity.
Speed and Explosive Training
Planscora may include activities involving high-speed golf swings, maximal-effort swings, speed-training equipment and explosive movements.
Warm up appropriately, build intensity progressively, and avoid performing maximal-effort work when you are not prepared for it.
Ensure there is sufficient clear space before performing fast or explosive movements, and stop if your technique deteriorates significantly or the activity no longer feels controlled.
Following these steps does not eliminate the inherent risk of speed and explosive training.
Load and Resistance
When using weights or resistance, select a load or resistance appropriate to your current ability, experience, technique and level of control.
Increase load or resistance progressively rather than beginning with unnecessarily heavy resistance.
Planscora does not determine the correct individual load or resistance for you, and it does not prescribe specific medical or strength thresholds.
Training Space and Surroundings
You are responsible for ensuring that your training environment is suitable for the activity.
For activities involving golf clubs, speed sticks, weights or other equipment, check that there is sufficient clearance and that the surrounding area is safe — taking into account other people, children, pets, furniture or other objects, walls, ceiling height, and the floor or ground surface, as well as sufficient swing and movement space.
This is practical guidance rather than an exhaustive safety checklist.
Golf and Performance
Individual results vary.
Planscora does not guarantee specific improvements in strength, mobility, swing speed, ball speed, golf performance, handicap or scoring.
Training results depend on many factors including training consistency, technique, physical condition and individual circumstances.
Use of Equipment
When performing exercises involving weights, resistance equipment, golf clubs, training aids or other equipment, make sure the equipment is suitable for the activity and used according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Planscora does not certify, inspect or approve your equipment.
Younger Users
Younger users should involve a parent or legal guardian where appropriate when deciding whether training activities are suitable, and when performing activities involving weights, speed work, explosive movements or other potentially demanding physical training.
Planscora does not verify age, does not verify parental consent, and does not provide supervision or monitor younger users.
Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether an exercise, drill or training activity is appropriate for your individual abilities and circumstances, and for using equipment appropriately.
Training always involves some inherent risk, and you remain responsible for your own decisions about your physical training, technique, training environment and use of equipment.
